Summer has been a long time coming, but it has now reached us (or at least parts of Germany). The sun is shining, the flowers are blooming and we are longing for something cooler. And we asked ourselves the question, which wine is the best for this? Among our colleagues, three favorites quickly emerged, which we would like to present here and from which we have put together a nice summer wine package.
2022 Chardonnay Bockenheim
Vibrant, animating with the aroma of fresh yellow-fleshed fruit, a great acid structure and minerality, the Chardonnay Bockenheim stands well on its own, for summer occasions such as garden parties or barbecues. 2023 Pinot Noir Blanc de Noir
The Spätburgunder Blanc de Noir is just the right choice for those who like a little more red berry. Fresh, subtle, unobtrusive, with a very light color that hints at rosé. Just as light as the color, the wine is an ideal companion for mild summer nights.
2023 That's NEISS white
As a Burgundy cuvée from the new 2023 vintage, That's NEISS white combines youthful freshness with unobtrusive complexity. A full-bodied wine that can go well with food, but is not overpowering or heavy and is a lovely wine for the Midsommar table.
